The Sirius project is one of the 3 unmanned aerial vehicles projects carried out by the RAS committee. The aim of the Sirius project is the ability of a fully flying rotary wing aircraft to fire extinguishing using image processing technologies. The R&D research conducted is aimed to add features for the benefit of humanity to the unmanned aerial vehicle. The Sirius project is divided into 3 different departments as electronics, software and mechanics. The subjects that the team worked on the experiment were communication protocols, selection of electronic components, image processing, autonomous flight, design and analysis. We are planning to participate in the Teknofest international unmanned aerial vehicles competition with the Sirius project.
